£125.00 + VAT

Includes attendance and the first 45 minutes of labour. Many common faults are fixed within that time. Parts and any extra time are explained and agreed with you before work goes ahead.

    Machine tested, dialled in and cleaned down, with a service record for your files.

How quickly can you get to a breakdown?

We offer a 4-hour response time on callouts across Sussex, Surrey and Kent. Call with the make, model and fault, and an engineer will be with you within 4 hours, or at a time that fits your opening hours if you prefer.

How much is a callout?

£125.00 + VAT, which covers attendance and the first 45 minutes of labour. Parts, or labour beyond 45 minutes, are explained and agreed with you before we carry on.

Do I need to close while you work?

Usually not. We plan visits for before opening or a quiet period, and much routine servicing can be done with minimal downtime.

How often should a commercial machine be serviced?

Most busy businesses benefit from a service every six to twelve months, plus regular water filter changes. Hard water and high volumes mean more often.

Can you supply a new machine?

Yes. We supply espresso machines, grinders, water boilers and filtration, then install, commission and dial them in for you.

Do you work on domestic machines?

Our focus is commercial equipment, but we can often help with traditional home espresso machines. Collection and drop-off can be arranged.
